Position Summary
CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Revenue Operations CMX - Lead Director who will report to the Executive Director, Operations.
CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
The Director of Revenue Operations will own the setting of the vision for the team and will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Executive leadership to optimize the strategies, processes, and systems that will accelerate CVS Health's ability to realize the company's full potential. The right candidate will quickly become a trusted operating partner and strategic advisor to CMX Leadership team, and will ensure successful delivery of GTM, sales and revenue planning, forecsasting, pipeline management, and capacity planning in order to maximize revenue generation.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Own and set the vision for the RevOps function, fostering a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision making, and prioritizing an achievable roadmap for each of its teams
• Drive the annual operating and revenue planning process
• Own capacity planning that aligns with CMX financial goals
• Collaborate with Revenue Leaders to develop, align, and implement territory assignments, sales/compensation plans, and quotas
• Keep customer, lead, revenue, and other corporate data aligned and accurate across the organization
• Analyze the productivity of the Sales, BDR, and CFT teams
• Develop and delivery reporting/business reviews which track the performance of the CMX business
• Collaborate with the Monetization's Analytics teams to identify performance trends through the proactive analysis of reports and dashboards
This role is work at home flexible. It can be based remotely in the U.S. or near one of our Corporate Hubs. If you are commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, you must work in the office 2 or more days a week: Wellesley, MA, Woonsocket, RI, Hartford, CT, Buffalo Grove, IL, Northbrook, IL, Scottsdale, AZ, Irving, TX, or New York, NY.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with billing management and A/R processes
• Retail media experience
• Ability to draw actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
• Comfortable working closely with and building relationships with senior executives
• Demonstrated strategy experience and ability to understand business trends
• Proven ability to lead and scale Sales/Revenue Operations of significant scope through growth periods
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years cross-functional leadership experience
• 8+ years experience as a Financial/Revenue Operations Leader in Media or Advertising related industries
• 3+ years experience designing sales processes and infrastructure while leveraging data to drive influence and strategy
• 2+ experience with BI tools (Tableau), strong modeling experience required.
• 1+ years' experience archtecting and running weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews

Job Posting Pay Equity Language Part 1
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
