REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate or equivalent - REQUIRED
- Minimum of 3 years of HOSPITAL (HB) and PROFESSIONAL (PB) chargemaster hands on work experience in healthcare revenue cycle - REQUIRED
- Recent experience with hospital charge capture workflows, charge master maintenance, Current Procedural Terminology (CPT), Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) code and Revenue Codes – REQUIRED
- Must know what work queues are and how to fix in Epic/very hands on and must know all components of CDM and maintenance of CDM- REQUIRED
- Must understand and have experience with MUEs and CCI Edits- REQUIRED
- Experience with Epic, 3M EMR and RI- Required
- ARCR: Resolute Hospital Billing & Charging - REQUIRED
- ARCR: Resolute Professional Billing Revenue Integrity-Charge Capture and Coding - REQUIRED
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE or Compact Required
