We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our team. As a Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data related to revenue streams. Your insights will help drive strategic decision-making and optimize revenue performance.
Duties:
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor revenue streams and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with billing and coding guidelines
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance revenue cycle efficiency
- Prepare reports and presentations on revenue performance for management review
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to revenue management
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of DRG (Diagnosis Related Group) coding and medical terminology
- Proficiency in medical coding, billing, and collection processes
- Familiarity with medical office systems and electronic health records (EHR)
- Experience working with ICD-9 coding system
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry trends
