SalaryBusy medical practice has a position open for a qualified Medical Biller. We seek an individual with billing and collection experience. eClinicalWorks experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the medical billing process
- Submit electronic and manual claims adhering to strict deadlines
- Effectively follow up on unpaid accounts, including patient portion
- Answers questions from patients, clerical staff and insurance companies
- Identifies and resolves patient billing complaints
- Review error/rejections reporting system
- Update and make appropriate corrections for procedures/diagnosis codes
- Monday - Friday Up to 40 hours per week
Qualifications :
- 1 year experience with primary care physician billing
Salary commensurate with experience.
