Overview:
As a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Onboarding Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Revenue Cycle Management Medical clients have a smooth transition process and are set up for long-term success in terms of their medical billing of their business. As a medical client success Onboarding Specialist, you will assist new clients with their medical billing business needs while onboarding and translating their information and data to Jorie AI. Having a strong understanding of our product offerings and medical billing Revenue Cycle Management and be able to effectively communicate their value to clients to service their account is important. You will be responsible for providing ongoing support to our clinical clients throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they are getting the most value from our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the transition process for new healthcare clients for medical RCM billing services, ensuring they have a smooth transition and are set up for long-term success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, answering questions and providing guidance on our medical billing services
- Work closely with clients to develop onboarding plans, set goals, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, and serve as their advocate within our company
- Monitor client medical billing usage and engagement, and proactively identify opportunities to increase adoption and drive value
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure client needs are being met
- Participate in client meetings, providing updates on progress and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding new clients tailoring their business needs to the services we provide
- Must have experience in Revenue Cycle Management and medical billing, customer success within a healthcare Revenue Cycle setting, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems before they occur
- Familiarity with customer success software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
- 20% Travel to the clients office to assist with onboarding new client
