Under the direction of VP of Financial Operations, the Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for all aspects of the daily organization, monitoring and controlling the financial and credentialing operations of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with hiring and training of administrative staff
- Supervise medical billing, coding, and banking
- Supervise medical credentialing and provider credentialing
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance as directed
- Assist with EHR and Practice Management system
- Assist with scheduling and hybrid work balance
- Maintain and manage all filing and organizational systems for the practice
- Coordinates staff meetings for administrative, clerical, and medical billing staff
- Assists with special projects
- Work alongside HR and the Executive Team as directed and requested
- Ad Hoc tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/ Equivalent
- 2+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
- 1+years of provider credentialing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Medical Billing and Coding or like field
- 5+ years of hospital or physician Revenue Cycle Management experience
- 2+years of provider credentialing experience
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
