Responsibilities:
- Calculate, prepare and issues bills, invoices, account statements and other financial statements
- Input and retrieve basic financial data transactions
- Perform basic financial calculations such as amounts due, balances and discounts
- Prepare bank deposits, verify and balance receipts
- Send cash, checks or other payments to banks
- Create invoices
- Applies payments to customers? accounts
- Maintain financial records
- Work directly with customers
- Review and reject or approve neighborhood parking passes
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or other revenue related accounting work
- Must have accounts receivable experience
- Ability to process account billing
- Ability to analyze and problem solve semi-complex accounting and billing problems
- Typing, phone, and computer competency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
