Job Title:Revenue and Performance Analyst
Pay: $29 - $35 per hour
Job Summary: The Pricing Coordinator has the ability to forecast and analyze market demand and unit availability for communities. The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, understanding, and compiling reports on asset performance. This individual will act as the advisor for the operations team from implementation, managing daily rent pricing and ongoing support.
Essential Job Duties:
Communicating with our communities on a weekly basis to establish pricing for apartments.
Overseeing the renewal process at each community.
Interfacing with senior level management and regional portfolio managers to provide rent recommendations and discuss reporting on a monthly basis.
Administering pricing and measuring pricing performance to ensure budget execution.
Ensuring prices comply with the agreed upon pricing strategy and that the program calculations are made accurately.
Perform monthly property audits evaluating assets for operational compliance.
Preparing monthly reports using excel, pivot tables, and graphs.
Analyzing trends, evaluating changes in performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance improve revenue management.

Job Requirements:
5 + years of Multifamily industry experience
Focused, attention to detail.
Strong level of proficiency in MS Excel. Basic computer skills, including internet use, email, and word.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Property Management related software, including MRI, Avid, CoreLogic, Knock.
Physical ability to bend, stretch, stand, sit, and walk for periods up to three hours before taking a break.
