Key Role:
Design, implement, and evaluate an organization's learning courses and programs. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with MS Office suite
- 3+ years of experience with DoD Human Performance Programs
- 3+ years of experience with developing Human Performance specific performance standards analysis
- 3+ years of experience with Special Operations forces operating concepts and Human Performance (HP) standards
- 1+ years of experience with Human Performance data management systems on the Navy Marine Corps cyber network
- Experience with Smartabase Human Performance Optimization Software
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Analysis, or Exercise Science
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,900.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
