Job Description:
The Revenue Analyst contracts and sales orders, ensuring compliance with Flexential’s policies. This position is responsible for billing activation in accordance with contract terms. When contractual terms are not in alignment, this individual must resolve noncompliance through analysis, receiving proper approval, and creating billing guidelines to honor the contract.The Revenue Analyst contracts and sales orders, ensuring compliance with Flexential’s policies. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Examine and understand customer contracts and related sales orders
- Coordinates with other departments to resolve system and billing issues to accelerate revenue while meeting customer expectations
- Provides support analysis and reconciliations for internal teams and directly to customers
- Timely activation of billing process for new products / services
- Understand invoicing process
- Assist in resolving customer invoice questions
- Process credit requests
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Positive, friendly demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate and gain the cooperation of others
- Demonstrate persistence in a positive, proactive way
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service or contract analysis experience preferred
- 3-6 years billing experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft office: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of NetSuite, ServiceNow and/or Salesforce a plus

- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Walk or Stand for 100% of the time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
- Lift 20lbs.
- Travel 0% of the time

Benefits are subject to change at the Company’s discretion.
Base Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $60,000 - $70,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
Variable Pay: Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
