Envision Radiology is adding a Revenue Cycle Analyst to the team!
Open to AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, LA, MO, NE, NC, OK, TX, UT, VA, WA & WI Markets.
40 hours/week Monday - Friday | Position Pay Range Pay Range $57,300 - $71,600

Summary/Objective

The Revenue Cycle Analyst performs a variety of standard, recurring, and moderately complex financial analyses, in support of Revenue Cycle operational business needs. The position also works with other analytic departments to develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and improve financial performance based on analytic findings.

Essential Functions

  • Utilizes Microsoft SQL Server Studio and Tableau to analyze and create, improve and maintain Revenue Cycle reporting while ensuring information is complete, accurate, and meaningful.
  • Analyzes all Revenue Cycle data, prepares revenue forecasts, and performs trend analyses to report to Leadership.
  • Ensures data quality consistency and accuracy of reportable metrics within the Revenue Cycle Department.
  • Supports the reporting needs of Revenue Operations by producing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deliverables.
  • Monitors key performance indicators for assigned areas and explores reasons for performance fluctuation and deterioration.
  • Utilizes a strong understanding of Revenue Cycle applications, operational workflows, and regulatory policies, to assist in analytic evaluations and reports.
  • Reviews, troubleshoots, and completes internal support tickets related to reporting and analytics.
  • Reporting and Analytics support to include, but not limited to: payment posting, accounts receivables, revenue integrity, denials, and credits.
  • Acts as the contact to provide analytics and support for specialized projects or reports as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with various levels of staff, management, and external finance partners

  • Intermediate MS Office Skills

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of financial analysis experience required, with experience in healthcare data analysis preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with data and creating reports.
  • Working knowledge of analytical programming languages and data visualization tools such as SQL and tableau preferred.
