Job Title:Revenue Accounting Systems Business Analyst
Job Description:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, software developers and project support teams to determine project scope and requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing and implementing systematic test plans.
• Perform all testing activities related to Revenue Accounting software to ensure the scope of the projects is met and system defects are corrected prior to implementation.
• Monitor project schedules as well as take ownership of change management process.
• Provide insights on the current functionality of the applications that are used by the Revenue Accounting and other Finance Departments as well as possible enhancements to these systems.
• Participate in meetings to understand business requirements to enhance Revenue Accounting related systems
• Review, monitor, facilitate and organize Revenue Accounting system releases.
• Interpret 'user stories' impacting Revenue Accounting are and submit defects, maintenance and enhancement cases using specialized software.
• Provide production support related to Revenue Accounting applications by analyzing system issues reported by business users, and opening support cases using specialized software, as well as monitoring timely resolutions.
• Facilitate the data mining activities of the department and provide directions and support to identify system sources for the information.

Skillset / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field of study; or any combination of relevant background, skills and experience.
• PMP preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in business/financial planning and analysis processes with a working knowledge in accounting principles and issues.
• Experience in project management on software development projects is a plus.
• Practical experience testing of enterprise size financial applications is required. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and planning skills.
• Able to multi-task, work independently and balance requests at peak workloads (or change gears quickly for important requests) from various departments and upper management.
• General knowledge of infrastructure requirements and components, SharePoint sites, and networks.
• Must have strong command of Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and/or alternative software development and testing tracking systems is preferred.
