In the role of Retention Case Manager, you are the relationship bridge between our clients and our teams helping to ensure that children and families have access to much needed support, resources, and homecare services, in a timely and effective manner.
Retention Case Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
- 1+ year of experience working in healthcare or home care preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Proficiency in learning technical software for scheduling & training
- Expert multitasking & time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and be a collaborative partner
- Self Driven with the ability to manage projects by establishing objectives and milestones
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Detail oriented
- Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
- Must be proficient in both Spanish and English!
