Retail Sales/Front Counter

We are one of the top tire companies in the Tri state area. We are looking to add a full-time Front Counter Associate/Retail sales associate to our team in our Marion location. We are committed to high-quality standards. We treat all employees with dignity and respect.

Duties Include:

• Customer Service: greet customers and ascertain customer needs/desires
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise
• Obtain Orders
• Operate point of sale system to create work order and invoice customers
• Compute sales prices, total purchases, and process payments
• Open/close cash registers, including counting money, balancing drawers, and making deposits
• Inventory stock and requisition new stock
• Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales
• Watch for and recognize security risks and know how to prevent/handle those situations

Retail Tire Sales Requirements:

• Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet company’s insurance requirements
• Position requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and ability to lift up to 50+ pounds.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced customer service-oriented environment.
• Team- Player: Works well as a member of a group.
• Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
• Must meet Best-One 5-Star Training Requirements annually
• Must pass a pre-employment background check/drug screen
