Position Overview:As a Home Health Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting our client's personalized, comprehensive in-home care services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, calling on healthcare professionals within an assigned territory, and effectively representing our client's service capabilities to targeted referral sources.
Responsibilities:
- Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home care services.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare business plans and maintain target lists, prioritizing accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.
- Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions, and proposal or contract pricing.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Excellent selling, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to appropriately represent the Company service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Previous healthcare sales experience, such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNF), DME, Ortho, Cardio, Infusion, Imaging, Laboratory.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.).
