Job Description
- Participate in the Sales process for selected customers, in cooperation with the Key Account Specialists
- Provides Sales Reps with updates on availability, obsolete products, status of customer orders, etc.
- Helps identify customers’ issues, make efforts to resolve them and suggest improvements
- Prepares and analyzes forecasts and inventory and provide market analytics and insights
- Organizes data and generates deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness
