Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist

Hiring Immediately for Sales & Customer Engagement Specialists at a local client. As a Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be handling inbound sales calls, scheduling service as needed, reaching out to existing or previously existing customers, managing feedback on review platforms, developing engaging content for online, social media & print campaigns, reviewing our clients Web presence (Website, Social Media, online directories & search etc.), measuring and reporting the campaign's ability to drive inbound leads to the sales team.  Weekly pay starting at $20.00 per hour. • Associate's Degree with marketing concentration is highly desirable 

• Bookkeeping experience is required 

• Demonstrated inbound sales skills, preferably in a service business 

• Ability to multitask 

• Solid understanding of social media, search, email or a desire to attain expert level skills in each of the above 

• Written content and business writing skills 

• Graphics skills for both electronic & print media 

• Computer proficiency 

• Microsoft Office experience  

 

Shift: 

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM 

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
