We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Retail Sales is preferred, but not required
- Strong selling skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Familiarity with retail math calculations (e.g., discounts, percentages)
- Experience in wireless sales is a bonus
- Professional phone etiquette

Pay: $42,925.61 - $51,695.36 per year
