We are currently seeking Fence Sales Consultants to join our team in the Northern and Central New Jersey market.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process (training provided)
• Develop expertise in product knowledge
• Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products
• Increase your business by continually growing your network through referrals and effective follow up
• Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries
• Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

This is NOT cold calling, customers are calling us because they want a fence.

Compensation:

• Uncapped Commission structure
• Performance based bonus opportunities.
• $100K plus is attainable in the first year.

Qualifications:

Strong presentation skills.

Be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, honesty, integrity

Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet

Hold a valid driver’s license (required)

Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
