Our Retail Sales Associates are devoted to helping individuals and families create something fresh and new for their homes. We are searching for a customer-facing salesperson to elevate our customers' homes by selling complete furniture solutions and sleep systems. We are looking for motivated, goal-oriented Sales Professionals who have a passion for customer service and sales.

• Greet and conduct needs-based conversations with customers
• Identify and fulfill customers' home furnishing needs
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport and relationships with customers to promote repeat business
• Work with your manager and team to achieve sales goals
• Understand and explain most appropriate financing and protection plans to customers
• Demonstrate our product value and explain benefits that fulfill the customer's needs
