We are looking for a top-notch Firearms Sales Associate to join our team at Family Pawn, a premier pawnshop in Central Alabama!

MUST HAVE ADVANCED FIREARMS KNOWLEDGE!

Are you a firearms enthusiast with a strong grasp of both modern and classic firearms? Do you possess a wide range of skills necessary to handle various tasks within a pawnshop? If you're eager to embrace a role that blends your passion for firearms with the fun of Buy/Sale/Trade in a pawnshop, we invite you to join our team at Family Pawn.

In addition to your firearms specialization, you will perform general tasks within Family Pawn, such as handling pawned items, managing inventory, and assisting customers with non-firearm-related transactions.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building relationships, and promoting our products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and a deep understanding of our inventory
• Ensuring strict adherence to local and federal firearm laws and regulations, guaranteeing all transactions meet legal requirements.
• Assisting customers with purchasing, selling, and pawning firearms, and efficiently processing related documentation.
• Identifying customer needs and providing personalized solutions
• Ensuring that all sales transactions are accurately recorded
• Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
• Participating in regular inventory management and restocking

Requirements:

To excel in this multifaceted role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of modern and classic firearms, ammunition, and associated accessories.
• A thorough understanding of local and federal firearm laws and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in firearm sales and familiarity with pawnshop operations are advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays

We offer a competitive pay range of $14-$20 per hour, with unlimited weekly bonuses based on your individual performance.
