Unit 7 Consulting is currently hiring in our Retail Sales Associate and Customer Service department and searching for someone who is outgoing, a quick learner, and is confident in their ability to communicate with customers and teammates to achieve goals!
As a Retail Salesand Customer Service Associate you will be responsible for introducing in store promotions and educating customers on new technology, services, and product features.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet and talk with customers; identify their needs and provide solutions.
- Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
- Share product knowledge, service features and benefits.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment.
- Close sales and up-sell when appropriate; meet daily/weekly sales objectives.
- Help increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Build strong relationships with customers, other Sales Associates, store managers, and market directors.
Qualifications
- Retail sales or Customer Service experience preferred
- Great communication skills
- Capable of engaging customers quickly and effectively
- Full time availability preferred - part time considered for the right fit
- Must be 18 or older
