LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is part of the LVMH Group.
The position is for a consultant with LVMH Beauty Tech within the regional Americas team managing the Retail, Trade and Data applications.
LVMH Beauty Tech regional team is split between the North America LVMH Beauty Shared Service Center and the Mexico LVMH Beauty Shared Service Center, servicing all major LVMH Beauty Brands for the region: Parfums Christian Dior, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo, Guerlain, Acqua di Parma, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Stella and Fresh. LVMH Beauty Tech Americas also provides services to Kendo and Benefit Cosmetics.
LVMH Beauty Tech Americas currently operates 7 boutiques in the US and 200+ Counters in Mexico & South America and has a strong Direct to Consumer strategy, with new opening scheduled in 2023 and 2024.
Responsible for leading Retail initiative and providing L2 functional support on Retail applications in Americas markets, acting as a key point of contact for the different Retail teams.
Lead, analyze and supervise:
- the implementation of Y2 (Cegid) for Benefit worldwide
- the roll-out P&C retail solution (Infoware) in new markets
- the implementation of new functionalities required by the business community.
This includes the full project development life cycle of analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and user training.
Collaborate with the POS support teams and the user community to ensure error-free applications.
Project management
- Manage Retail IS projects with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Write detailed specifications and have them approved
- Coordinate the resources involved in the projects.
- Supervise and track the times and expenses of projects through corporate applications.
- Manage project risks and take corrective measures.
- Follow-up developments
- Define test approach and support Users Acceptance Tests
- Take part in the preparation of change management documentation (Training and communication)
Change Request management
- Collect needs from local key-users and align on appropriate solutions with Beauty Tech management
- Assist the business teams in project requirements and objectives definition
- Document comprehensive processes, technical and business needs
- Contribute to Request for Information/Proposal processes
Support and Maintenance
- Collaborate with POS support teams in analyzing production issues and managing corrective actions in coordination with development teams
- Provide L2/L3 support to users across Americas markets.
Key competencies:
- Project Management (incl. management reporting)
- Management of an evolution requests portfolio
- Retail Operations and Performance functional skills
- Knowledge/experience implementing POS (architecture and flows)
- Experienced in Agile methodology
- Experience with Y2 from Cegid would be a plus
- Ideally experienced in international / multi-brands context + knowledge about luxury industry

Profile:
- Mastery of Spanish or French is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Retail Project Manager
Reports to the Retail and Trade Domain Manager based in East Brunswick, NJ
Collaborate with local support (level 1) and other PCIS domains (ex: IT).
Occasional travels to San Francisco and Europe.
