This role serves as an advisor to Store Managers with a focus and drive on providing excellent customer service. The Retail Operations Manager oversees daily store operations and will be responsible for the overall operations and guidelines in accordance with state laws and Greensboro ABC Board policies.
Essential Functions include:
- Places emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
- Supervision of Store Activities.
- Store Inventory Accounting Activities.
- Maintain Store Appearance.
- Instruct/Coach Store Personnel
- Reporting/Problem Solving.
- Work with staff in a polite and courteous manner.
