- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating discounts
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
- Familiarity with technology products and the ability to provide technical assistance
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Understanding of retail math for pricing calculations
