The Retail Associate is responsible for carrying out the front-line selling effort, driving sales revenue, creating the ultimate shopping experience for our customers and maintaining retail standards through back-of-house operations. Retail Associates will drive optimum sales results through effective communication and a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a winning team.
The Retail Associate will be expected to work a part-time flexible schedule which can include days, nights, and weekends.
General Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist customers with finding merchandising and purchasing products in the store.
- Greets customers and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
- Makes product recommendations based on observations and conversations with customers.
- Helps to execute a brand connection by ensuring customers enjoy a top notch shopping experience.
- Upsells and cross-sells products to customers.
- Maintains sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
- Ensures all products are hung up, displayed, and organized neatly for a well merchandised aesthetically pleasing sales floor.
- Processes sales transactions via the (POS) System.
- Maintains the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Mitchell & Ness Brand (Fanatics Brand) and All Team/League are always positively represented.
- Performs additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.
Education, Experience and Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age, High School graduate or equivalent
- Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency.
- Works under close supervision without latitude for independent judgment.
- Consults with senior peers and team leads on non-complex issues to learn through experience.
- Typically requires zero (0) to two (2) or more years of related experience.
