2025 Summer Associate

Description:

An American Law Firm is seeking 2L students (Class of 2026) to join our Firm's 2025 Summer Associate Program in Philadelphia.
An American Law Firm summer program is designed to give law students exposure to many facets of the firm's practice. Summer Associates attend Firmwide Summer Training Programs with a robust curriculum where they have the opportunity to interact with other Summer Associates across the firm. Additionally, in their local offices, they participate in conferences, practice group sessions, depositions, trials, and other court proceedings, administrative proceedings, and business transaction closings. We closely monitor work assignments to ensure that Summer Associates work on multiple projects with a variety of lawyers in different practice areas.
Qualifications include:

• Interest in internet law or technology issues
• Superior academic records
• Completed one or two years of law school
• Genuine geographic connection to Philadelphia
• High levels of initiative and motivation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic
• Extracurricular involvement and leadership experience
