Retail Associate

AQUA SPAS AND POOLS is looking for a RETAIL ASSOCIATE that is passionate about providing world-class customer service in a fun and exciting retail environment. Ideal candidate will enjoy developing relationships with customers, personable, professional, team focused, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all clients receive a world-class retail experience
• Connects with clients by asking open-ended questions to assess client needs
• Engages with guests and makes product suggestions to meet their needs
• Contributes to a positive work environment
• Participates in the processing of product shipments, replenishment of sales floor products, and merchandising
• Eager to help guests over the phone and in-person
• Able to maintain a professional appearance

Basic Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with the general public and have a desire to exceed their expectations
• Be results driven
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays
• Job may require lifting up to 50lbs
• Must be reliable
• Be coachable and willing to learn
