A DUI Lawyer & Criminal Defense Attorney and the MyTrafficMan.Net Team is a Criminal Defense office located here in Bellingham, WA that has been operating in the Pacific Northwest for over 15 years. We have a close-knit office that currently includes 3 attorneys and 3 paralegals who do their best every day to support our clients and get the best possible outcomes for them.
Focusing on Criminal Defense, we practice mostly in Whatcom, Skagit and Island counties, but we have appeared all over the state. Our biggest volume of cases are in infractions, misdemeanors and felonies, but we also do some juvenile and civil cases, so the opportunities to learn and grow are endless.
We want someone who wants to learn, works great as part of a team, and wants to get better at practicing law. The salary is based on experience, but we also have a great benefits package to include paid time off, medical benefits, a flexible work schedule and lots of opportunities to have fun with the office by enjoying the great events and activities we have around here.
Requirements:

• You need to have a good sense of humor, the desire to work hard and do your best, and the ability to get along with the best office family anywhere.
• 1 year plus of experience is preferred but we are willing to work with newbies. The more experience you have means a bigger salary potential.
• Obviously we need someone who has their JD and is either a member of the WA bar or is awaiting results of the most recent bar exam.
• Courtroom experience would be nice but we can get you plenty of that.
• You'll be working cases from the arraignment stage all the way through to resolution.
• Experience with legal research and writing is a must.
• You need to be licensed to drive in WA state, we work in multiple courts up here in the north.
