Retail Assistant Manager

We are a family owned print shop. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to help improve the customer service experience in store and on social media platforms. The ASM will help develop a stronger team in order to ensure we offer the best possible customer service experience to our entire customer base. ASM must be highly self motivated, experienced and have exceptional customer service and able to lead and develop a team.

The Assistant Manager will spend 75% of the time on the sales floor assisting customer as well as supervising the CSR team.

The following duties and responsibilities are solely for the Assistant Manager

• Assist leadership with training and development of staff
• Increase customer service experience by implementing new operations and procedures
• Creating an unique shopping experience for our customers
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Assist with sales floor merchandising and organization
• Assist with maintaining an organized sales floor
• Create weekly schedule with leadership approval

Strong computer skills – MS word, Excel, CorelDraw X5 Highly Preferred.

Ability to multi-task, collaborative, willing, and proactive – Fun creative thinker and solution seeker, fast learner, effective in a fast paced working environment.

Must be able to stand on your feet for long period of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
