Responsibilities
- Brings supply orders to the unit
- Stock & store supplies and food items properly using first in first out method
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand ( wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate kitchen equipment)
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area
- Mopping
