Dishwasher
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand, carry out garbages
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly manner
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and dining area
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Help with banquet and catering setup and breakdown
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Must be reliable and punctual
