SalaryThe Dilly Deli, a locally owned, quick service lunch restaurant known for its sandwiches and salad bar, is looking to immediately add Team Members with good work ethic and attitude, strong character, and the ability to work well on a team. Previous food experience is a plus but not required. The available positions are for the front of the house (customer service). Line/kitchen area operating standards and organization
Line/kitchen area maintenance and safety
Recipe adherence
Menu item knowledge
Quality control procedures
Receiving and invoicing procedures
Portion controls and waste management
Storage procedures: rotation and labeling
Chemical handling and storage
Sanitation procedures
Equipment handling, maintenance, and cleaning
Safe knife handling procedures
Follows checklists and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
At least 16 years of age.
Must be able to work shifts Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM &4:00PM (this is not a shift, just hours that need to be available)
Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds.
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.
Must love sandwiches! And have great customer service skills.
