Restaurant Hosts, Runners and Barbacks

Town House Kitchen + Bar is looking for Front of House support staff including food runners, host staff, bussers and Barbacks!

Who are we looking for? Rounding out our team are front of house staff with killer smiles, looking to help our guests celebrate, all while offering the best in food and drinks. Bring your personality and your creativity.

Essential duties and function of support staff:

· Serve guests food and drinks (including alcohol) & have potential to take orders accurately

· Describe food and beverage menus, offering recommendations

· Answering the phone to process reservations and to go orders

· Basic cleaning and stocking, including beer kegs, as part of routine sidework before, during and after service periods.

· Preparing the restaurant for service or special events

· Breaking down the restaurant from service or special events

· Provide courteous, positive, and pleasant guest service at all times

· Assisting other staff members contributing to a positive team environment

· Respectfully communicating with management and other staff members (including kitchen), regarding any issues, failures, or deficiencies.

· Able to walk / stand for extended periods of time, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting and reaching overhead

· Must be able to lift / carry items up to 40 lbs. and push / pull items up to 75 lbs.

We are open for dinner service seven days a week and soon, weekend brunches. Open availability preferred with flexibility for weekends and holidays ideal. Dress professionally and join the team!
