Company Description
The Catching Group is a Hospitality Management Group based in Miami, FL, and it owns and manages two restaurant brands: 107 Taste and Cajun Boil. Both brands operate in several locations in the Greater Miami area.
Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team and oversee multiple restaurant locations. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurants, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
• Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Monitor and control operational costs and expenses to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business plans and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role, preferably overseeing multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel between different locations as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Strong self-motivation and a drive to continuously improve work performance.
