Machine Hospitality Group is an innovative fast growing hospitality company expanding our flagship concepts in other markets. We are currently hiring a motivated results driven GM for our new property.
Dearly Beloved is devoted to exploration and adventure in its beverage program. We are finding new ways to present flavors to allow our guests to take a chance and experience something new and exciting, whether alcoholic or not. We will have a diverse array of spirits and liqueurs allowing our guests to dabble in flavors and experiences from other cultures. We also use esoteric incredible non-alcoholic ingredients to delight and inspire guests not looking for an alcoholic experience. Dearly Beloved exists for any guests who are looking for an evocative and memorable experience. Any guest who is willing to take the chance to be daring will be affirmed by their time at the bar at Dearly Beloved.
We will be open Wednesday thru Sunday for dinner service and cockails as well as brunch on Saturday and Sundays. We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members to maintain high-quality service standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Coordinate and oversee banquet events and catering services
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-Oversee ordering of all products based on set pars and upcoming events.
-Maintain income and expense logs
-Liaise with the kitchen staff for food items/orders
- A weath of beverage knowledge and management
Education and Work Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 5 years of related management experience in the restaurant industry.
- Previous hospitality Industry experience required. Food Service and craft cocktail experience a plus.
While performing the duties of this job, the manager is required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. The employee may frequently be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch for the duration of shift. The ability to balance will also be required in the delivery of food and drinks. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications:
5 years in the hospitality industry as a Manager in recent years. Heavy concentration on bar sales and craft cocktails.
Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Must be detail oriented, possess strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holiday and nights.

*Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
