Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and expedite food orders to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth flow of food service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure adherence to company standards
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate preparation of menu items

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy setting
- Familiarity with banquet operations is a plus
