We are delighted to announce that our internationally renowned Founder and Michelin-starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi has debuted Fiolina Pasta House, open at Boca’s highly anticipated Restaurant Row.

Fiolina Pasta House is inspired by the female pasta makers of Italy — today its cultural icons — who carried on the tradition and the art of making pasta by hand. This craft is showcased daily in our pasta rooms. In addition to our house-made pasta, Fiolina will serve light and seasonal salads, appetizers, shareable meat and seafood entrees, and authentic, family-favorite Italian desserts. Our charming 7,000 square foot venue will feature a whimsical design and timeless Italian cocktails, approachable Italian wines, and comfy patios for al fresco dining.

Primary Responsibilities

Captains, or front waiters, at Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants provide guest-service to the highest quality standard. Primary daily duties include preparing the restaurant dining room for service, graciously and confidently greeting guests, taking, serving, and describing guest orders, securing payment, maintaining proper cash-handling procedures, and anticipating as well as accommodating guest needs throughout service while maintaining constant communication with restaurant team members to ensure service quality standards are met in order to guarantee guests are treated to memorable hospitality experiences.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant, specifically with high volume
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Open availability and flexibility
• Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
