Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Handle cash and process payments using the Aloha POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive dining experience
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards
- Ability to upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest experience
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Culinary experience is a plus, but not required
