Assistant Manager
As the supervisor, you'll be the go-to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed. When the manager is not present, you'll be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service aiming for 100% customer satisfaction
- Strive to build trust with your employees and create an atmosphere of teamwork
- Complete daily tasks such as scheduling, ordering and running a clean fun business while meeting store sales goals
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
- Nights and Weekends are a must.
- Successful supervisors are service-oriented with not only the guest but also your team members.
- A good team player will communicate consistently, be able to comfortably interact with customers, handle service issues that may arise in a professional manner, and be able to take initiative and problem solve.
- Basic math skills are critical.
Physical Demands:
- Stand for long periods of time
- Bend and stoop
- Work around heat
- Work in close quarters with others
- Move throughout the restaurant to perform assigned tasks
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work with various cleaning products.
