Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive education to patients regarding their prescribed medications and treatments, serving as an integral part of their healthcare journey.
- Educate internal team members on respiratory care protocols.
- Monitor and meticulously record patient communication and education.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven time management skills, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Completion of a Respiratory Therapist degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Respiratory Therapist.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
