We are currently hiring a Respiratory Order Processing Specialist.
That’s a mouthful but the great thing is we don’t require previous experience – we provide extensive on the job training with our knowledgeable and senior staff members who will work alongside you to teach you everything you need to know.
We are looking for highly motivated people who possess excellent customer service skills.
Primary Job Duties Include:
- Complete first or second looks on all new orders.
- Follow up on new orders.
- Request documentation via fax or phone from the hospital/physicians.
- Complete final look prior to dispensing to ensure all required documentation is on file.
- Communicate financial responsibility to the patient and collect payment.
- Create sales orders.
- Create and send CPAP compliance reports when requested.
- Answer Doctor Line Calls/Respond to voicemails when needed.
- Participate in HME staff meetings and Department meetings.

- Great hours! We are open Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday’s 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
