Order Processing

Family owned company looking for a sharp, fast learning team player to join the front office department as our daily order processor. We are tech savvy company needing someone who is able to keep up with a fast paced office. We need someone who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. To succeed with our company you must be a problem solver not a problem causer. We’d like someone who is results motivated and can understand how smaller tasks add up to a bigger picture. We make ordering, installing, setting up and servicing our products easy and we’re truly a partner to them in making their business successful. The following is a list of requirements and traits we consider when evaluating a candidate:

• Minimum 2 years in general office support.
• VERY comfortable on a computer.
• Extensive knowledge of:
• Microsoft Outlook
• Accounting Software
• Office Phone Systems
• Contact Manager Programs
• Strong communication skills over email, phone and in person.
• Be willing to help out where ever help is needed.
• Have a positive attitude at all times.
• Have a pleasant phone demeanor.
• Looking for a long term position/career.
• Be dependable and show up to work every day on time.

This position requires a lot of customer interaction over the phone. Your role will not only be to process orders but support the sales team in making sure the customer experience is what we promise. Those who have stood out with our company have taken an interest in our business. They contribute a great deal to the customer experience by doing what they say and promise, following through on bigger projects and being a trustworthy point of contact for both co-workers and customers. We expect you to put in effort to learn how to work with our customers and their quirks so that they know when they call you they will get what they need. Schedule is 40hrs per week Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with 1 hour break for lunch. Benefits offered include:
