Planning, architecture development, and modification of specifications Develop specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments Transition new technical projects and ensure smooth go-live in Salesforce environment Execute technical feasibility assessments, and solution estimations for Datacenter Migration with Public, Private, and hybrid Cloud migration and deployment Bachelor's degree in information technology, library science, or similar undergraduate degree Must have demonstrated experience with Harm Reduction Services in support of programs addressing people who use drugs Experience in managing an online Resource Library with multimedia files including video, audio, and print media Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Salesforce Ability to independently work and solve problems; possess a strong sense of self-direction Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills Must be well organized with excellent attention to detail PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described herein are representative of those which may need to be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
