Brand new Hotel!! Cloudland Lookout Mountain, Curio Collection by Hilton. We are searching for an experienced Director of Food & Beverage with a proven track record of success to lead the food and beverage teams for the Cloudland, an amazing new mountain top hotel. Resort and golf experience are preferred. Pre-opening experience a plus. Join our team and then build your own perfect sales and marketing team.

This new luxury hotel sits within the McLemore resort atop Lookout Mountain, Georgia and offers incredible mountain vistas and stunning views of McLemore Cove. The hotel is just minutes from Chattanooga, TN and a short drive from Nashville, Atlanta, Birmingham and Huntsville. The Cloudland is scheduled to open February 2024 and will offer 245 luxurious and spacious guest rooms, multiple dining options, full-service spa, resort style pool and over 12,000 sq ft of indoor event space and a variety of outdoor venue options. In addition to hotel amenities, guests will enjoy two world-class golf courses, hiking trails, a par 3 short course and stunning mountain/top clubhouse, restaurant and pro shop.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or director at a full-service, high volume upscale restaurant, club, or hotel
• New restaurant opening background is a plus!
• Bar, wine and up-to-date menu knowledge
• Strong organizational skills
• Business acumen with experience in ordering, pricing and cost control
• Expert in training, coaching and developing teams at all levels
• High standards for food and beverage excellence and the guest experience
