Community Shelter Services is looking for a Residential Specialist for our SRO apartments. The position requires meeting daily needs of residents, maintaining daily logs, room inspections, monitoring security camera, making rounds.
-Prepare weekly community meal
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Respect and uphold resident rights and privacy
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents
