Introduction: NaturaLawn of America is a locally owned and operated Lawn Care company that specializes in fertilization, weed control, insect and pest control, and lawn establishment. We do not provide lawn mowing, edging, or other landscaping services to our customers.
Service: Over 30 years ago, we designed an organic-based Lawn Care program which works with nature and provides increased safety to our customers, their children, pets, and the environment. Specialists provide service to residential homeowners throughout Montgomery, Bucks, and Philadelphia counties.
Safety: We have taken the steps to ensure the highest level of safety for all employees. Season after season, we have set new records thanks to in-cab/windshield cameras, vehicle tracking software, ongoing driver/field/pesticide handling trainings, and open table discussions embraced by specialists.
Rate: The hourly rate will be dependent on both experience and licenses held. Merit reviews are completed after 90 days of employment and continue annually. You receive a $1/hour raise once you have your PA pesticide license. Additionally, you receive weekly production bonuses as well as sales commission.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30a.m. to 3:00 p.m. That’s right, NO WEEKEND WORK. We want our specialist to be able to relax with their friends and family after work and on weekends. Employees should look forward to coming to work each day and should not be mistreated or overworked as they are at other Lawn Care companies. If you need to work overtime, you will be paid time and a half for every hour worked after 40.
Bonuses: We offer weekly production bonuses as well as sales commission. Do you want to push yourself a little more? Great! We have a high-paying bonus structure that allows you to make a lot of money. The average bonus for lawn specialists in 2023 was $100/week, which is equivalent to a $2.50/hour raise.
Culture: We make sure that everyone is involved in the process. Our diverse workforce thrives on helping/mentoring one another and collaborating with management to identify opportunities for improvement. We want you to feel like a member of our family, not just another employee with a job ID number. All of our Managers/Supervisors have been promoted from within, and we want to create an environment where you can grow as well.
Respect: We take pride in treating all our employees the way they would like to be treated. Clock in and out with a smile every morning and afternoon, knowing you work for a company that strives to please.
Benefits: Employees are offered enrollment in our benefits program after 60 days. Dental, medical, prescription, and vision coverage are all included. After 90 days, you also get paid time off and paid holidays. After one year of employment, 401k enrollment is available.
Equipment: We have invested in the best equipment available in the industry. The end goal of using the machines, vehicles, and equipment we selected is to reduce operator fatigue. You should be able to leave work at 3 p.m. with enough energy to enjoy your time off. Again, it's just another method of removing the "labor" from a labor position!
Requirements: Pilquist Enterprises, Inc is a drug-free work environment. To apply for the position, you must have a clean, valid driver's license. Applicants with a DUI, at-fault accident, or speeding ticket within the last three years are ineligible for the position. You'll need dependable transportation. There is no public transportation available during the hours of this position. Applicants must be able to consistently lift 50 pounds or more throughout the workday. EEOC.
