Residential Service Worker (RSW) is Equivalent to Direct Support Professional (DSP) & Direct Service Worker (DSW)

Work Life Balance

• 2-4 days off per week with our New and improved Blocked schedules!!
• 36 work hours for one week and 48 hours the next week
• Paid Training

Sign On bonus!

• $1,000 sign on bonus ($200 after 30 days, $300 after 6 months, and $500 after 1 year)
• If you refer a new Employee you make an additional $150 after 60 days, $250 after 6 months, and $350 after 1 year.

Job Duties Breakdown

Helping individuals with intellectual disabilities with day-to-day tasks including but not limited to

• Maintain the safety of LSS Clients
• Help Clients Cook & Clean
• Help with Client’s hygiene and overall well-being.
• Helping Clients become more independent.
• Complete documentation such as shift reports, incident reports, and other Licensed required documentation.
• Maintain the confidentiality of clients.

Requirements for the Job

Valid PA Drivers License

Highschool Diploma Equivalence (Diploma or GED)
