Full-Time Residential Program Worker

Requirements: Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be 21 years or older, have HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation to travel to work sites, and have some type of experience working with disabilities or in care settings. Pre-employment physical, TB test, and criminal background check required at employee’s expense.

Job duties include, but are not limited to: providing life skills coaching, guidance, and direction for our residents, 'cleaning duties,' initiating and participating in social and recreational activities, writing resident reviews/charting, and intervening in psychiatric emergencies. Staff also transport residents to appointments in the community. We emphasize team work and communication!

This is a full-time salaried position. 35-hour work week (6 week rotating) schedule, daylight hours providing supervision to adults with mental health disabilities.

Shifts vary daily but are typically 9a-4:30p; 9:30a-5p; 10a-5:30p; 10:30a-6p. Days off are Saturday, Sunday for weeks 1 & 2; Friday, Saturday for weeks 3 & 4; and Sunday, Monday for weeks 5 & 6. This allows for a 4 day weekend on weeks 5 & 6.
