We are looking to add to our Direct Sales team. We are looking for only the best team members to join our team of Direct Outside Sales! The ideal candidate will be a socially poised, risk-taking and persuasive extrovert who likes change and innovation while controlling the big picture. They will look for opportunities to influence and motivate others.

Duties of our Direct Outside Salespeople

• Communicate products and service features/advantages/benefits and identify customer's needs and expectations.
• Educate prospects and customers on the value of ABC services, to include pest, pool and lawn services.
• Responsible for the achievements of new sales growth goals and achieving quotas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and have continued contact with follow-up phone calls and or visits as needed.
• Instrumental in developing cross-divisional sales opportunities particularly with Add-On Sales with products and services.
• Complete all documentation prior to, during and after the sales call.

Requirements

• Previous Outside Sales experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and outstanding phone etiquette is required.
• Ability to listen and understand the client's concerns; excellent interpersonal and written skills.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, smart phone, tablet and computers.
• Must hold a valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
• Successful completion of a Drug Screen and Background check.
• Must have proper documentation to work in the US.
